We will first collate information from you to create a detailed brief and scope of works. Budget, design ideas and ideal requirements are all taken into account to create a tailored and boutique design for you while making sure regulation and legislation requirements are still met.
We take those approved concepts and create the final documents to send for approval. We also have an experienced network of consultants ranging from surveyors to engineers of whom we trust and work with.
We lodge plans on your behalf to the certifying authorities and constantly monitor its progress to ensure a fast and efficient application.
Once your plans are approved, we help guide you on the right path to turn your plans to reality with trusted builders to complete your project to your desired budget.
