Perfect Square Design derives its name from the Fibonacci mathematical equation that is the product of two equal integers or factors. The secret and result to a GREAT design company is weighed on two things – Experience and Passion.
Our Director Gilbert Sayegh and our design team have a combined 25 years of local experience working on a range of project scopes – no job is too big or small.
We are Sydney based but work with clients across Australia. Our building designers and engineers work closely with trusted industry consultants to make it easy for our clients to develop their dream design and see it come to life. No matter what the problem we believe there is always a solution.
We will first collate information from you to create a detailed brief and scope of works. Budget, design ideas and ideal requirements are all taken into account to create a tailored and boutique design for you while making sure regulation and legislation requirements are still met
We take those approved concepts and create the final documents to send for approval. We also have an experienced network of consultants ranging from surveyors to engineers of whom we trust and work with
We lodge plans on your behalf to the certifying authorities and constantly monitor its progress to ensure a fast and efficient application
Once your plans are approved, we organise for any final consultants and documents and then put you in contact with trusted builders to complete your project to your desired budget
